Booking terms
Check-in and check-out
Check-in any day between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Contact us in advance for different times.
Length of stay
Minimum stay 3 nights. Maximum 30 nights. Bookings are accepted from 7 days up to 9 months before arrival.
Guests and children
Capacity up to 8 guests. Listed prices are for 2 people: from the 3rd guest onwards +€15 per night. Children up to 2 years old stay free.
Final cleaning
Final cleaning €30 per stay, one-time flat fee (not linked to the number of nights or guests).
Deposit and balance
A deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due on arrival or earlier.
Cancellation
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, the guest pays 50% of the total cost. In case of no-show, the guest pays the full booking amount.
Tourist tax
Municipality of Dolcedo tourist tax: €1.00 per person per night, to be paid in cash upon arrival. From the 8th consecutive night onwards, the guest does not pay (cap of 7 nights). Children under 14 are exempt.
