This site uses technical cookies necessary for proper functioning.

For traffic analysis, Umami Analytics is used, a privacy-respecting analytics system that does not use cookies and does not track users.

Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel): to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, the site may use the Meta Pixel, which sets third-party cookies (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). 5. Third-Party Services

Google Maps: the site embeds Google Maps to show the property location. Use of Google Maps is subject to Google's privacy policy. Loading the map involves transmitting your IP address to Google.

Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram): subject to consent, the Meta Pixel transmits browsing and conversion event data (e.g. submitting an availability request) to Meta for the measurement and optimization of advertising campaigns. This processing is subject to Meta's privacy policy.
