Personal data voluntarily provided by users is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to information and availability requests submitted through contact forms
- Managing bookings and communications related to the stay
- Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations
3. Types of Data Collected
Voluntarily provided data: name, surname, email address, phone number, desired stay dates and message, provided through contact and availability request forms.
Navigation data: the computer systems operating the website automatically acquire certain data during normal operation, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses, request times, browser type).
4. Cookies
This site uses technical cookies necessary for proper functioning.
For traffic analysis, Umami Analytics is used, a privacy-respecting analytics system that does not use cookies and does not track users.
Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel): to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, the site may use the Meta Pixel, which sets third-party cookies (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). These cookies are activated only with your explicit prior consent, given through the dedicated banner. Without consent, the Meta Pixel is not loaded and no data is sent to Meta. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
5. Third-Party Services
Google Maps: the site embeds Google Maps to show the property location. Use of Google Maps is subject to Google's privacy policy. Loading the map involves transmitting your IP address to Google.
Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram): subject to consent, the Meta Pixel transmits browsing and conversion event data (e.g. submitting an availability request) to Meta for the measurement and optimization of advertising campaigns. This processing is subject to Meta's privacy policy.
6. Legal Basis
Data processing is based on the user's explicit consent (Art. 6, par. 1, letter a, GDPR), given by filling in the contact forms and ticking the consent checkbox, as well as on the execution of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6, par. 1, letter b, GDPR).

Personal data is processed using IT and/or paper-based tools, with organizational and processing logic strictly related to the stated purposes, and with the adoption of adequate security measures.
